Four Months
Mike got a job! He just has to pass a drug test:) He'll be working for a place called The Hot Rod Shop. It sounds perfect for him. He gets to learn from a couple of master jaguar technicians. They seem like a very family oriented business and are trying to work with us to give us what we need to survive. I'm very excited for him. So as of Monday, Jake and I will be on our own again during the day. It's been so nice having Mike home to help out. Luckily, I have my friend Amy to spend time with during the week and I'm looking forward to getting out a little to explore the city again. Jake is doing well. We haven't been able to take him in for his four month check up yet. Still waiting for the health insurance to kick in. But below are some of the milestones we've noticed at four months...- Using his feet to play with toys
- Using his feet as toys! He can grab them and hold on for a long time.
- Drool, drool and more drool. We're expecting to see teeth soon.
- Following us everywhere with his eyes.
- Reaching for toys
- Cute, cute sounds. High pitched squeals and blowing through his lips.
- Blowing bubbles
- He's managed to flip from his tummy to his back in his crib three or four times now.
Fantastic! I am loving this stage, too.
