Okay, once again started off good, ended up not so good.
Breakfast: a bowl of Kashi cereal with blueberries
Lunch: turkey, cheese, lettuce and mustard on wheat, Dannon fat free yogurt, water
Snack: wasn't going to have one but then Mike offered me a bite of his chocolate cake which resulted in me hovering over the cake eating straight from the pan in what resulted in a full piece of cake. i think i might have to bury the cake tomorrow.
Dinner: 2 1/2 pieces of Digiorno supreme pizza with ranch to dip the crust in and a coke zero.
Also, no workout. I seriously need a workout motivator.
you sure eat lots of blueberries. none of that tomorrow night. margs and mexi food, baby! jen may not be able to get out by 6 or 6:30, but said she can meet us. i say we still shoot for 6 or 6:30.
ReplyDeleteok we are so in the same boat. i weigh about 10 pounds more than before i got pregnant. i'm trying to lose weight too. well sort of. i do really well until someone sticks chocolate or fast food into my line of sight. no will power at all. what is wrong with me? and i just read a time magazine article that said that working out helps but true weight loss is about making good food choices.

I think it has a lot to do with lack of sleep to. If as a mom f 2 young kids your day is like mine and by 2 or 3 you are just trying to make it trough another day never mind trying to be healthy! afternoons are super difficult when you are sleep deprived and stay at home where the food is.
