If you give them paint, they will sit still

Last week we had a visit from Mike's brother and his family. It's good that they're stationed close to us now so we get to visit from time to time. Jake and his cousin had a great time chasing each other around. The only way we could slow them down was to suggest water coloring. They were both enthralled for a solid fifteen minutes or so. Who would have thought? It was totally worth risking the mess to see our budding artists at work.
