Okay, it's nice to see the number go down slightly. I did absolutely nothing different this week. In fact, I think I worked out less and ate worse because Friday was our wedding annivesary. Chocolate molten cake is very, very good. My short term goal is to get down to 130 before Thanksgiving and maintain that until after the holidays. Then, come January 2nd I'm going to really get down to business and try for my goal weight of 125 by Emma's first birthday in March.
