Okay, once again started off good, ended up not so good.
Breakfast: a bowl of Kashi cereal with blueberries
Lunch: turkey, cheese, lettuce and mustard on wheat, Dannon fat free yogurt, water
Snack: wasn't going to have one but then Mike offered me a bite of his chocolate cake which resulted in me hovering over the cake eating straight from the pan in what resulted in a full piece of cake. i think i might have to bury the cake tomorrow.
Dinner: 2 1/2 pieces of Digiorno supreme pizza with ranch to dip the crust in and a coke zero.
Also, no workout. I seriously need a workout motivator.
